    Availability: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday–Sunday

    Em blends traditional Eastern techniques with a modern understanding of body mechanics. With training in Thai massage, advanced stretching, and deep tissue work, Em has extensive experience working with athletes, sports teams, and clients navigating both acute and chronic tension.
